About FOG

FOG is one of a small number of BMFA clubs which specialise in rocketry.

FOG was founded in 2005 and has held monthly meetings since its inception.  Meetings usually start at 10:30 in the morning and end around 4:00 in the afternoon.  These maybe postponed to the following week if the weather is unsuitable.

The club still flies from the same farm on the Severn Estuary.  The site is about a mile long and half a mile deep and lies between South Row and the sea wall.  It’s a working dairy farm so the cattle tend to keep the grass short.  This helps when looking for rockets.  The club is very grateful to Steve for letting us use his farm.

Meetings usually  end at the Rose Inn,  Redwick, which is conveniently situated at the end of the farm.
