Our next meeting is planned for the 17th May and will include our club annual general meeting. Our club is run according to its constitution by a committee of volunteers, voted for by senior club members once a year. Details of the committee and constitution may be found here.
Committee officer roles are open to all members, selected by democratic vote. If you wish to run for any position, please notify the committee (preferably) at least one week prior to the AGM. Election of officers requires a majority vote from at least 25% of the senior membership.
We will, as always, endeavour to get through the agenda items swiftly in order to minimise disruption to the day’s rocket launches.
